Globe Union's manufacturing is vertically integrated: we control every step in the process from processing raw materials to putting finished goods into consumer packaging. Globe Union owns and operates manufacturing, assembly and distribution facilities in Canada, Mexico, Taiwan, China, Germany, UK and the United States.

Globe Union serves the China market with sales, marketing and distribution facilities based in Guangzhou, Shanghai, and other major market centers within China. Globe Union operates four major manufacturing facilities in Shenzhen and Shan Dong, China. 1. Located in ShenZhen South China, Guan Lan, we operate approximately one million square feet of production, manufacturing faucet products. Major operations include forging, casting, machining, fabrication and assembly of faucets and faucet components. The Guan Lan division, with employment of over 4500 associates, has had Initial Public Offering on the Chinese stock market in ShenZhen, China. 2. Located in Sha Jing South China, we operate about 47 thousand square feet of plating and specialty production of component processes. 3. Located in Fu Yong South China, we operate over one million square feet of fabrication, plating and assembly operations. Our China general offices and research and development operations are also located in this facility, completed in 2003. 4. Milim Vitreous China manufacturing division became a member of Globe Union in 2003. Located in Wei Fang City, Shan Dong, Milim specializes in design and manufacturing of sanitary vitreous china products.

Globe Union Industrial Corporation maintains its world-wide headquarters in Taichung,Taiwan. Specialty manufacturing operations are also conducted at this site.

Chicago: Globe Union Group Offices – North America Globe Union’s general offices for North American sales, marketing and distribution of Danze and Gerber branded products are located in the Chicagoland area. Private label local customer support is located in USA and Canada, based on customer needs. There are 4 support offices in North America. 2. Montreal Distribution Center Globe Union operates facilities in Montreal, Quebec and Toronto, Ontario supporting Canadian and other North American customers with sales, marketing, distribution, and technical services. 3. Globe Union has also entered into joint ventures with leading manufacturing, engineering and marketing companies in Canada and Mexico. These partnerships accelerate our opportunities to grow in knowledge and to serve additional customers throughout North America. D. Europe 1. Distribution Channels in UK Established in 1972, PJH primary business is the distribution of kitchen and bathroom products and offers own brands including Apple, K and Prima. PJH serves 2,700 customers and currently is the biggest distributor accounts for 19% of distribution market in the UK.
